🔄 Shajar Scrubs Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Shajar Scrubs. If for any reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below:
✅ Eligibility
Only non‑embroidered products are eligible.
Must be a standard size (custom-sized items are non-returnable).
Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached.
Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
⏱ Return & Exchange Timeline
Return Shipping Time: Up to 2–6 business days (depending on courier).
Processing Time: Allow 3–4 business days after we receive your item.
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your return/exchange is processed.
⚠ Non-Refundable Charges
Delivery and embroidery charges are non-refundable.
🧾 Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using trackable shipping, as lost returns are not our responsibility.
📦 Items Not Eligible for Return
Items that have been worn, washed, or embroidered are not eligible for return or exchange.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
