Shajar Scrubs charges a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all standard orders below Rs. 4,000. There are no hidden charges.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Expected delivery within 3–5 business days.
Note: Delivery may take longer depending on your location or courier accessibility.

COD is available for most major cities in Pakistan and is simple to use:

After placing a COD order, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call to confirm your order (first-time customers only).
Returning customers’ orders are automatically confirmed and dispatched.
If you miss the call, please contact us within 24 hours at ‪+92303 494 6245

‬ to confirm your order.
Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.

⚠ COD Purchase Limit

COD is available for orders up to Rs. 5,000.
Orders above Rs. 5,000 require advance payment via Easypaisa, Mobicash, or Bank Transfer.
All wholesale/bulk orders must be paid in Half in advance, regardless of the amount.
